Beautiful, quality knife that anyone who loves knives would be proud to own.

This knife has a very good feeling in your hand and the blade is long enough to do more than boning. It is an exceedingly sharp knife so I have been using it to trim beef and pork to suit my purposes. Finding a good knife to use for working with meat can be difficult but this one fills the bill for me nicely. It is a very attractive knife with a good handle, which sometimes I find the handle to be the weakest aspect of a good knife, but that is not the case with this one. This is a comfortable knife in your hand while you're trimming meat or perhaps cutting a larger piece of made into a size you want it to be. You do not have to work very hard to cut the meat the way you want it because the knife is so sharp and the blade is such a good length that it does all that very easily. I am extremely happy to have found this knife and added it to my collection for working up meat.

Works great!

This nice is a god replacement for some of the ones that I have owned for over a decade. Easy to handle and very sharp. Perfect for cooking and cutting up meat and vegetables.

Beautiful Razor sharp knife

This is a very beautiful well made boning knife with razor sharp edge (check out the video). The finish and the handle is very sleek and smooth and cane be compared to high dollar knifes. I also have a very expensive Japanese knifes sets and this is very much comparable to them in terms of finish and sharpness.I recently used them to cut and trip a whole Sirloin piece and it was like cutting butter. While trimming the fat, I didn't have to keep cleaning the edge of fat to keep the blade sharp, it was as sharp till the end.I am really blown away with the quality, sharpness and finish of this knife, excellent value for the money. Highly recommended.

Sharp and Nice Balance

This kitchen knife came sharp out of the box and it has stayed that way thus far. It has good weight to it and balances well in the hand. Excellent knife at a reasonable price for what you get. I'll be looking to buy their chefs knife next.

Good boning knife

Comfortable handle, flexible blade, and very sharp. I'm concerned that the knife will be hard to sharpen when it gets dull, but it is holding an edge well so far. No mention of what sort of steel the stamped blade is constructed of, so it will be a surprise when sharpening time comes.
