My new favorite

I've been working on my sharpening skills, so I started with really cheap and am slowly working my way up the quality ladder. I've made it this far. It is light weight, extremely comfortable, started sharp and holds its edge well. It's is now sharper than it started, I've put in a ton of sharpening hours since starting this obsession. I would rank this beast in the intermediate category. Good quality. Does everything you'd want an 8 inch chef knife to do and it does it with ease.Nice work KnifeSaga!!!

Beautiful Sharp Knife

I looked at a lot of knives before I decided on this one. It is every bit as gorgeous and sharp as I had hoped. It's well made, feels great in my hand and slices most things like butter. I liked it enough to purchase the santoku knife as well. Please note this is no way an incentivized reveiw. It's simply a great product.

Very Very Sharp

This is by far the nicest chef knife I have ever owned and it is very sharp. When using these knife be sure and pay attention because if you don’t it will cut you . Learned that the first time I used it . With the discount that was offered I got this knife at a great price . The handle on this knife is very nice looking and very comfortable in the hand . This blade is so sharp you just put knife next to tomato and it cuts itself . I do recommend
