Handle not great

I love how sharp this knife is, I received it on February 5 and have used it several times but, the rivets on the handle are not flush with the wood so they rub your hand after awhile. I missed the return date to send it back for a refund. Update: The company reached out to me and offered a refund and apologized for the problem. They have excellent customer service so I purchased the knife again and the handle is just fine. I will buy from this company again.
